Assistant at Ett Hem London
Location: London, UK Type of Contract: Part- Time Freelance
Job Overview:
Introducing a new generation of flowers, Ett Hem proposes a design-led curation of the highest quality faux flowers. In addition to our unique online flower offering, we also pride ourselves on our Bespoke Services, supplying flowers with Ett Hem’s signature style at the core of each vision created.
We are looking for a Freelance Assistant to the Design Director and Sourcing Director who will be responsible for fulfilling orders, assisting with photoshoots, assisting events and managing pop-ups for the brand.
This is an exciting and multifaceted role that requires someone who is highly motivated, organised, and has exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in design, photography and of course, flowers.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling orders and managing inventory
- Assisting with photoshoots, including setting up props, styling products, and assisting the photographer
- Assisting coordinating events and pop ups, including setting up installations, coordinating vendors, and managing event logistics
- Other ad hoc duties to support the Design Director and Sourcing Director, as required.
Requirements:
- Must be based in/close to London
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A keen interest in art, design, and photography
- Proficient working with Google Slides, Sheets, and Excel
- Highly motivated and organised
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative approach working with Design Director, Commercial Director, Sourcing teams, PR team and external influencers and brands
