Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

ALL OUR FLOWERS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER - NO REFUNDS

All our flowers are either made-to-order or bespoke. Flowers are cut to size and hand-tied in London. Therefore, we do not offer refunds unless damaged on delivery.

If you're unhappy with your flowers, we accept exchanges or gift vouchers. 

The return delivery of unwanted flowers is at the expense of the customer, you have 30 days to return your order and items must be in their original condition.

For Bespoke, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please see our terms and conditions HERE

Homeware, we accept refunds if the item is returned undamaged in the original packaging. 

Please reach out to us on hey@etthemlondon.com with photos if damaged and the order number to inform us whether you would like a refund, replacement, exchange or gift voucher.
