Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your order from Ett Hem London. If you need to make a return, please see our policy below.

  • Flowers: You have 30 days from the date you received your flowers to return them. To be eligible for a return, the flowers must be in their original condition. Please note that return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Bespoke Flowers and Made to order products: As these are custom-made for you, all orders are final sale. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items. Term and Conditions of can be found HERE.

  • Homeware: We're happy to accept returns on homeware items, provided they are returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hey@etthemlondon.com. For us to help you as quickly as possible, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will then arrange a refund, replacement, or gift voucher, as appropriate.
