Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your order from Ett Hem London. If you need to make a return, please see our policy below.

  • Flowers: You have 30 days from the date you received your flowers to return them. To be eligible for a return, the flowers must be in their original condition. Please note that return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Bespoke Flowers: As these are custom-made for you, all bespoke flower orders are final sale. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items. Term and Conditions of Bespoke items can be found HERE.

  • Homeware: We're happy to accept returns on homeware items, provided they are returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hey@etthemlondon.com. For us to help you as quickly as possible, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will then arrange a refund, replacement, or gift voucher, as appropriate.
