Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Flowers:
ALL OUR FLOWERS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER - NO REFUNDS (except for faults). Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our hand-tied flowers, crafted in London, we do not offer refunds unless the product is demonstrably faulty.
If you are dissatisfied with your flowers (excluding bespoke orders), we offer exchanges or gift vouchers. You have 30 days from receipt to return items in their original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Bespoke Flowers: Please note that bespoke flower orders are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on bespoke items. Refer to our full terms and conditions [HERE].
Homeware:
For homeware items, we accept refunds if the product is returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item (flowers or homeware), please contact us immediately at hey@etthemlondon.com with photos and your order number. We will then arrange a refund, replacement, exchange, or gift voucher, as appropriate.
