Beautiful

Obsessed with the bouquet, the flowers had a lovely fragrance to them and looked incredibly realistic, we had so many compliments on them and surprised a lot of people when we told them they were faux flowers! They are absolutely beautiful and we had such a great experience ordering and the customer service!

    Royal Mail 24hr Tracked (Signature Required): £15.99

    London Courier (Named Day, Luxury Gift Bag): £34.99

    Wedding Delivery (Tracked, Signed, Insured): £20.00

    Dispatch: Peak season (Nov-Mar) dispatches within 2 working days, off-peak next working day. Orders after Friday midday ship Monday.

    Packaging: Hand-tied, London-packaged. Multiple arrangements ship in one box unless requested otherwise.

    International: Priority shipping available. Customers responsible for all duties/taxes (DDU).

    Gift Wrapping: Flowers are carefully packaged, but paper may crease in transit. Contact us for express/bespoke delivery.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    ALL OUR FLOWERS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER - NO REFUNDS (except for faults). Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our hand-tied flowers, crafted in London, we do not offer refunds unless the product is demonstrably faulty.

    If you are dissatisfied with your flowers (excluding bespoke orders), we offer exchanges or gift vouchers. You have 30 days from receipt to return items in their original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
