Your flowers will arrive beautifully wrapped inside our bespoke gift box, straight through your letterbox.
All our packaging is recycled and eco friendly with speedy delivery options including; Same Day, Next Day and Hand Tied bouquets.

When I received the box I was worried they would be huge! But once I opened then I didn't expect them to be such a small bunch! The box was a quarter empty I don't know if that was an error but nonetheless it was a cute small arrangement! Just for the price I assumed it would've been a medium sized arrangement :') Very realistic touch and look I would order again but maybe triple check the size of the flowers? Just a bit confused on that part!

Returns and Exchanges
ALL OUR FLOWERS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER - NO REFUNDS (except for faults). Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our hand-tied flowers, crafted in London, we do not offer refunds unless the product is demonstrably faulty.
If you are dissatisfied with your flowers (excluding bespoke orders), we offer exchanges or gift vouchers. You have 30 days from receipt to return items in their original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
