Delivery

The Valentines box is delivered in our luxury gift box measuring 60x20x20cm. The gift box will come with an outer delivery box for gifting secrecy. 
Gift notes are included free of charge and can be added upon checkout. 

All Ett Hem London flowers are hand-tied in London with our beautiful branded ribbon, along side a “Care Guide” with styling tips. 

Hand-wrapped flowers can be added as an extra upon check out, although, we only advise hand wrapped for hand-delivered orders London Zone 1-3.

    ALL OUR FLOWERS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER - NO REFUNDS (except for faults). Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our hand-tied flowers, crafted in London, we do not offer refunds unless the product is demonstrably faulty.

    If you are dissatisfied with your flowers (excluding bespoke orders), we offer exchanges or gift vouchers. You have 30 days from receipt to return items in their original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
