All stems, bunches and arrangements are hand-tied with ribbon and beautifully packaged in London.

Your flowers will arrive beautifully wrapped inside our bespoke gift box.

All our packaging is recycled and eco friendly with speedy delivery options including; Same Day, Next Day, Hand Tied bouquets & Valentines Guaranteed. If you have specific requirements for delivery, please contact us.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    ALL OUR FLOWERS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER - NO REFUNDS (except for faults). Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our hand-tied flowers, crafted in London, we do not offer refunds unless the product is demonstrably faulty.

    If you are dissatisfied with your flowers (excluding bespoke orders), we offer exchanges or gift vouchers. You have 30 days from receipt to return items in their original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
