Your Vision, Handcrafted: Bespoke Wedding Bouquets
Everlasting Artistry for Your Once-in-a-Lifetime Moment.
A wedding bouquet is more than just an accessory - it is the centerpiece of your bridal aesthetic and a keepsake of your vows. At Ett Hem London, we specialize in botanical realism, creating bespoke silk bouquets that capture the movement, texture, and soul of fresh flowers, but remain flawless from the first photo to your golden anniversary.
Why Brides Choose an Ett Hem Bespoke Bouquet
-
The "Fresh-Cut" Illusion: We use premium, real-touch silks that mimic the velvet of a rose petal and the delicate weight of a peony. Your guests won't know the difference—until they see it still looking perfect at midnight.
-
Exact Fabric & Color Calibration: Unlike seasonal flowers, we aren’t limited by nature’s calendar. We color-match your blooms to your specific gown shade (ivory, champagne, or true white) and bridesmaid palettes.
-
Weather-Proof Beauty: Whether it’s a mid-summer heatwave or a breezy coastal ceremony, your bouquet will never wilt, brown, or drop petals.
-
A Living Memory: Your bouquet becomes an heirloom. After the wedding, it transitions from a bridal accessory to a luxury arrangement for your home.
Your Bespoke Wedding Journey: Frequently Asked Questions
Designing your dream bouquet is a collaborative process. To ensure your experience is as seamless as your flowers are beautiful, we’ve outlined how our atelier works.
The Design & Approval Process
When will I see my initial design? For wedding orders, we typically present your initial design approximately 2 weeks before your wedding date. This ensures the design is fresh in our minds and aligned with your final wedding details.
Can I make changes to the design? Yes! Your initial design is presented as a "loose mock-up" with uncut stems. You are entitled to one round of edits within your original brief at no extra cost. To maintain our production schedule, any subsequent design versions beyond these first two will incur a £20.00 fee per design.
What happens once I approve the design? Once you provide "Final Approval," our master florists begin production, which includes cutting the stems and finalizing the arrangement. Because this process is irreversible, no further modifications, returns, or refunds can be made after this point.
Timelines & Delivery
How long does fulfillment take? We require a minimum of 10 working days to fulfill bespoke and wedding orders. We manage our atelier schedule chronologically based on the wedding dates provided to ensure every bride receives timely perfection.
How will my wedding flowers be delivered? For your peace of mind, all wedding orders must use our "Wedding Delivery" option. This includes Royal Mail Tracked 24, signature confirmation, and full insurance. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
Do you offer on-site set-up? Absolutely. If your vision requires professional on-site installation, this can be arranged for an additional fee (calculated via a day rate based on complexity and travel).
What if I have a vase in my bespoke order? Bespoke arrangements in vases are delicate. Within London (Zones 1-3), we use specialized couriers. Outside of these zones, we will calculate a custom courier fee or discuss sending the arrangement "unassembled" for standard postage to ensure it arrives safely.
Cancellations & Returns
What is your refund policy? Due to the highly personal and "Made to Order" nature of bespoke bridal work (specifically tailored to your fabric and color choices), all sales are final.
-
No Returns: Once delivered, products cannot be returned.
-
No Refunds: Once you have given final approval or production has begun, we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances.
What if there is an issue with my order? While all sales are final, we pride ourselves on excellence. In the rare event of a defect, Ett Hem London will take all commercially reasonable steps to rectify the issue to ensure your flowers meet our luxury standards.
