Beautiful bouquet

This bouquet is stunning, my first purchase. The flowers are amazing, especially the roses, they are real touch too.
However my bouquet didn’t come wrapped in paper, so one rose got some markings from the print of the box, it came off tho ! Also I never got a personal note, as you claim !

    FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER - NO REFUNDS (except for faults). Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our hand-tied flowers, crafted in London, we do not offer refunds unless the product is demonstrably faulty.

    If you are dissatisfied with your flowers (excluding bespoke orders), we offer exchanges or gift vouchers. You have 30 days from receipt to return items in their original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
