We had a vision to create a range of bridal flowers available to purchase or hire, for the modern and conscious bride. All stems, bunches and arrangements are hand-tied with ribbon and beautifully packaged in London.
Your flowers will arrive beautifully wrapped inside our bespoke gift box, straight through your letterbox.All our packaging is recycled and eco friendly with speedy delivery options including; Same Day, Next Day and Hand Tied bouquets. If you have specific requirements for delivery, please contact us.

We process all bespoke and wedding orders chronologically based on the event date. We aim to send flowers two weeks before the wedding date. Please allow a minimum of 10 working days for dispatch. If you have a tighter deadline, please reach out to us at hey@etthemlondon.com. We always do our best to be flexible and accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.
To help us bring your vision to life, please upload any inspiration photos when purchasing your flowers to provide our team with creative direction. Once your order is placed, we will secure your stock and schedule a dedicated time for our florists to begin your designs. Amonth before the wedding we will email a series of photos featuring a loose mockup of your flower selection for your feedback and approval. You are welcome to make up to two rounds of refinements to the selection; any further changes beyond this will incur a design fee. Once you have officially approved the mockup, our florists will proceed to cut and arrange your flowers, at which point the bespoke order becomes final and non-refundable.
