From the moment I discovered Ett Hem on Instagram through a collaboration with an influencer it was evident that I didn't want any other brand to produce my wedding bouquet.     ALL OUR FLOWERS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER - NO REFUNDS (except for faults). Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our hand-tied flowers, crafted in London, we do not offer refunds unless the product is demonstrably faulty.

    If you are dissatisfied with your flowers (excluding bespoke orders), we offer exchanges or gift vouchers. You have 30 days from receipt to return items in their original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
